Sue’s classes have been well structured and informative. Although I’m an experienced dog owner, Finlay is my third springer puppy. There was much in the lesson content that I had not considered before. I liked the ‘reward good behaviour approach’ in principle and Sue underpins all the sessions with prompt emails that leave the forgetful with little excuse but to follow up.
